1 Domestic (Australia)

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $50 AUD.

  • Standard Shipping: $5 AUD flat rate for orders under $50.

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days.

2 Order Processing

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive email notifications at each stage (order confirmation, dispatch, delivery).

3 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@petaim.co with your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll coordinate a replacement or refund.
